1.0  GENERAL

A.  Fans is KT-A/C Axial Fan(adjustable aluminum blades).as manufactured by Guangdong Gaoze Ventilation Equipment Ltd Co.,of Shunde, Foshan,China.and of the size and capacity as indicated on the following specifications.

B.  Fans got CCC & CE & ISO 9001 approval.and shall be tested before shippment.

C.  All motor and blades,housing are also supplied.

D.  Fans has the profermance of High Volume and High Pressure.

 

2.0  FAN HOUSING

A.  Fans shall be made of superior steel by welding with enough strength and Rigidity

B.  Fans housing shall adopts flanging workmanship, that makes the noise lower and air volume larger.

C.  Air receiver could be installed on the side of fan. Could be installed in duct to ventilate or Wall mounted after removing the legs.

 

3.0  FAN IMPELLER

A. Fan impeller shall be made of be angle adjustable die-casting aluminum. 

B. Fan impeller shall be adjustable pitch construction to maximize air performace. Blade pitch angles shall be factory set.

C. As the fan blades are made of aluminum which contain low magnesium, fans have the performance of explosion-proof, after equipped the explosion-proof motor

 

4.0  FAN MOTOR AND DRIVE

A.  Motor shall be 100% copper.

B.  Voltage, Frequency & Materials could be customized.

C.  Horsepower & RPM as indicated on the following specifications.

D. Fan can offer direct drive-A type fan(impeller and motor drive directly) or belt drive-C type fan(V-belt drive that the belt pulley is in between two bearings).

E. Fan could be equipped with explosion-proof motor.
