Beijing Tongyizhong Specialty Fiber Technology & Development Co., Ltd. (BJTYZ) is a National High-tech Enterprise and specialized in R&D, production and sales of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Fiber and its composites.

BJTYZ is subordinated to State Development Investment Corporation (SDIC) and held by SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd.

In 1999, BJTYZ was established with a registered capital of 80 million RMB. Through 20 years development, BJTYZ has become a world-famous UHMWPE supplier with 500 employees and a large plant area over 50000 square meters.

Now, there are 50 technicians in the R&D center, including nearly 30 postgraduates. Their achievements have won the second prize for National Science and Technology Advance in 2009, also their inventive patents have achieved China Patent Award of Excellence for 3 times.

Product Description

DOYENTRONTEX fiber is UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) fiber developed by Beijing Tongyizhong Specialty Fiber Tech. & Dev. Co., Ltd. DOYENTRONTEX fiber has a unique combination of properties. The density is slightly less than 1 g/cm3, so the fiber floats on water. Meanwhile, the tenacity of the fiber is the highest in the world and can be up to 15 times that of a good quality steel. The modulus is very high and second only to that of special carbon fibers grades. Elongation at break is as low as for other high performance fibers, while the energy to break is very high due to  high tenacity. Nowadays, DOYENTRONTEX fiber has been widely used in anti-cut gloves, fishig lines, marine ropes, etc.

Bar Code.

Each bobbin of our UHMWPE fiber has a bar code inside, throught which we could track the data record on central computer and learn all the property, producing date, spinning date, machine status, etc. This code is the "ID card" of each bobbin of fiber throughout its life.

Usually our trademark would attached togher with the bar code, while if neutral packing is needed, trademark would be removed depending on customer's choice.
