1-Introduction
- HZS Cement Concrete Mixing Plant is also named ready mix concrete plant, mainly composed of twin shaft mixer, material weighing system, conveying system, material storage system, control system and steel structure.
- It can mix fluidity concrete, plastic concrete, hard concrete and other proportioning concrete.
- HZS Cement Concrete Mixing Plant is widely used in big or medium building projects, road and bridges projects, precast concrete plants, etc. It is an ideal choice for producing commercial concrete.
- HZS has two feeding ways. One is hopper type, it is used for lower than 50m3 per hour output production. The other is belt type, it is often used for higher than 60m3 per hour output production.
- For export, we adopt full automatic control system for our stationary concrete mixing plant. It is PC+PLC control, which can vividly display the production process on the screen, so that the operator can monitor whole process all the time.

Technical Process

- HZS series Cement Concrete Mixing Plant consists of aggregate batching system, concrete mixing system, cement supply system, water supply system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, control system, etc.
- All aggregates are fed into the aggregate batching machine by loader, and weighed in the weighing hopper or weighing belt. After weighing, they are transported to a hopper or a belt, and then the aggregates are transported to the mixer for mixing.
- Cement is conveyed into the cement weighing hopper by screw conveyor for weighing, after weighing, cement is poured into mixer.
- Water is pumped into water weighing hopper by water pump. After weighing, water is sent into the mixer.
- After all materials are weighed and fed into the mixer, the mixer can begin to mix and produce concrete.
Packaging & Shipping
Export standard container-20GP or 40GP, 40HQ,FR container in bulk, the spare parts in wooden or iron case according to the size and weight.

Q: How many days it need to install the concrete batching plant?
A: In general,it takes 2 weeks to istall the concrete batching plant.
Q: What will be total cycle time-feeding of material,mixing of material,discharging of concrete mix?(we believe that water,admixture,cement & fly ash are also poured parallely while feeding material)
A: The cycle time is 120 seconds
Q: What about water & admixture feeding ?
A: There is an annular pipe for water or admixture feeding.
Q: How to feed aggregates?
A: It can feed aggregates by skip hopper or by belt conveyor.The small plant,like 25 m3/h,35 m3/h,and 50 m3/h,feeds aggregates by skip hopper.The big plant,whose capacity is higher than 60 m3/h, feed aggregates by belt conveyor.
Q: Can we equip the Sicoma type mixer onto the plant?
