ZXL-DS02Sis a New Upgarde versions,strong superhydrophobic and Protective coatings . After curing, product will repel water, mud, ice and other liquids .
ZXL-DS02S uses proprietary nanotechnology which is a water based clear liquid, environmentally friendly product without toxic and harmless. Using ZXL-DS02S , you don't need Base coat and complex operations. ZXL-DS02S has high adhesion and excellent abrasion resistance, allowing it to be used in applications where greater durability is required.
Furthermore, it provides a protection against liquids and unsightly stains while remaining invisible! This water-based and solvent-free product does not impact the look, texture,breathability or color of Fabric .
FEATURES
Superhydrophobic – Aqueous solutions roll of the surface quickly and form a droplet sphere greater than 150 degrees.
Anti-wetting–The ZXL-DS keeps coated materials completely dry, water and many other liquids simply repel off.
Anti-icing –The ZXL-DS keeps objects dry , eliminating the formation of ice.
Anti-Corrosion – Maximum corrosion protection since the superhydrophobic coating ensures water and moisture never actually contact the base material.
Anti-Contamination– Dust, dirt, water and other liquids that contain bacteria or radiation never actually contact the surface of the coated material so bacteria and radiation is greatly diminished or eliminated and easy to decontaminate to sterile, if needed.
Self clean – The ZXL-DS repels dirty ,mud ,water, and remains clean and virtually bacteria-free.When dust, dirt or other molecules accumulate on our surface, a light spray of water grabs the dust.
