Genset working condition:

Acceptable working conditions:

Ambient temperature : 0°C~+40°C, ambient below 0°C need special design.

(antifreeze or hot water needed for below -20°C)

Relative humidity:<90%(20°C)

Altitude:≤1000m

Normal working conditions:

Genset can run at rated power on the conditions:

Atmospheric Pressure: 100kPa, Ambient Temp: 20°C, Relative Humidity: 30%.

 

Applicable gas:

Natural Gas, Biogas, LPG, Coal-bed Gas

Within one meter before pressure regulating valve:

Gas temperature≤40°C

Acceptable natural gas pipeline pressure: 2~35kPa (above need more valves), change ratio≤1kPa/min 

CH4 volume content ≥70%

For biogas:

Acceptable biogas pipeline pressure: 2~10kPa (above need more valves), change ratio≤1kPa/min

CH4 volume content≥30%, change ratio≤2% /min

Gas heat value≥5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3 ). Genset output power will increase as the gas heat value increase, if use low heat value gas for fuel(Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it will lower the power efficiency.

H2S content≤200mg/Nm3

NH3 content≤20mg/Nm3

Impurities content≤30mg/Nm3;size≤5μm

Water content≤40g/Nm3, no free water.

Standard scope of supply

1. Brand new gas engine with necessary parts.

2. Brand new 100% true brand and 100% copper brushless alternator.

3. Control Panel

4. Rating: 3 phases 4 lines. 400/230V, 50 Hz, 1500rpm, 0.8PF, IP22-23, Insulation class: H.

5. Radiator for 40°C ambient temperature.

6. Air circuit breaker (For the protecting purpose of overload, over current, etc).

7. Inside muffler with flanged flexible connection.

8. Rubber anti-vibration pad between engine, alternator, control panel and base frame.

9. Emergency stop mounted.

10. Zero pressure Valve

Genset lifetime and Warranty

 

12 months or 1500 running hours warranty covering all manufacturing defects  

(whichever comes first)since leaving China port, our company provides free easily-damaged

parts for the faults caused by the quality of products or raw material, but exclude the damageable

parts of engine due to customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company

provides spare parts with cost for maintenance forever.
