1. YX-900T~1600T series of short cycle hot press machine is widely used in laminating furniture borad, common ones are melamine veneering for MDF and particle board.

 

2. This hot press machine is PLC control,touch screen operation. Easily set the time and pressure.    

 

3. The semi-automatic hot press machine contains two configurations:D1 includes belt conveyor loader+ hot press machine+ roller conveyor unloader; D2 contains belt conveyor loader + hot press machine + vacuum pad unloader.

 

 

 Applications:

-  Laminating furniture board.

-  The covering materials are melamine paper, veneer etc.

-  The core boards are MDF / HDF / Particle Board.

 ---Qiangtong hot press is widely used in woodmaking, buliding decoration and other industries.
