Infrared Quartz Tube Heater Element for Thermoforming Machine

The heaters provide medium wavelength radiation, they are comprised of a series of quartz tubes running parallel to each other within a highly reflective housing. 

Due to the short response time, Emitters are recommended for high temperature, cyclical or often interrup ed processes. They are available as IR cassettes or single Infrared Tube, can be installed in the same way.

· Iron-chrome aluminium or Ni-Cr resistance wire

· Heater Voltage: 110V, 220V, 240V

· Useful wavelength range: 1.5 - 8 microns

· Recommended radiation distance from heater is 100 mm to 200 mm

· Supplied with 100mm ceramic beaded power leads
