Description: 
Pump wet parts adopt advanced CFD technoloy so as to obtain reliable operation and high efficiency performance. Abrasive, corrosive resistant metal and elastomer lined pumps fro operating in FGD Conditions could ensure longer service life provide by practice. 

 

The position of the impeller can be changed by adjusting bearing assembly, so he pump is always running in an efficiency state. 

 

Technology Features:

1. The pump wet parts are designed by advanced CFD Flowing simulating analysis Techniques to ensure its design reliable and its working effective.

2. It can change the impeller's position in pump casing by adjusting the bearing assembly to keep the pump working efficiency all the time.

3. This kind of pump adopts back pull-out structure, keeping it easy construction and easy maintenance, it does not need disassembly inlet and outlet pipeline.

4. Mechanical seal adopted with containers type mechanical seal to ensure reliable running.

5.  It is easy to maintain and repair and it is on need dismantling inlet and outlet water pipes.

FGD Peripheral Pump

Our company’s FGD peripheral pump mainly used the hydraulic model of type KH, KA(R), KM(R), and made of A49 metal and natural rubber to achieve the various performance of the pump.

 

 

Materials: 

  The pump adopts separable double structure (bearing layer and abrasion resistant layer), the bearing layer (frame plate, cover plate, joint plate) can adopt ductile cast iron; 
  Impeller, suction cover/ front liner is 49A, which is abrasion & corrosion resistance material. 
  Frame plate liner and cover plate liner, back liner adopt natural rubber 
  Liner:Anti-abrasive, anti-corrosive rubber(natural rubber 26R, 38R, 66R........,synthetic neoprene rubber N22.....)
