Dough kneader/ Dough mixer

 The biscuit dough kneader/ biscuit dough mixer is used for dough mixing.

After the kneading ,rolling and folding process, dough has a smooth surface with good elasticity, toughness and extentibility.

It is suitable for both hard and soft biscuits.

The mixing blade and the bucket are made of 304SS.

U-form bucket has temperature insulation function.

1	Mixer		Dough mixing
2	Three-roll sheeter		Producing continuous and uniform dough bands.
3	Laminator		Producing laminated dough sheets for soda (crackers)
4	B/C/D Two-roll sheeter		Pressing the dough sheet continuously until the thickness of the dough as required. It also has relexing device to eliminate the stress on the surface of the dough sheet before cutting.
5	Rotary cutter		Rotary cutter is forming machine for Hard and Cracker biscuit. When dough sheet go through rotary cutter machine, it will be cut and shaped by moulds.
6	Rotary moulder		Rotary moulder is used in making Soft biscuit. After crushed by roller, the dough go through the moulder to form.
7	Separate machine		Separating the scrap from the biscuit sheet after rotary cutting.
8	Recycle device		Transporting the scrap by conveyor to hopper for reuse.
9	Salt and sugar sprinkle		Spraying salt and sugar to the biscuit sheets, to make different flavor biscuit.
10	Oven		Baking the biscuit.
11	Curve machine		Changing the transport direction after biscuit baking to save the space of workshop.
12	Oil sprayer		For shiny surface and special flave, the oil spraying machine is used to spray oil onto both side of the hot crackers and biscuits at the oven exit.
13	Cooling conveyor		Cooling the biscuit.
14	Stacker		Stacking biscuit, make the bisuit coming into rows and   transport to packing table for packing.
15	Packing table		Packing the biscuit.
