Q1. What is your terms of packing? Generally, we pack our goods in plastic boxes then put into paper cartons and fix it with wooden box. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment? T/T,D/T, Western Union. We will arrand eproduct after received payment. Aand we'll show you the photos of the products and packages before shipping.
Q3. How about your delivery time? Generally, it will take 7-10 days after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples or can you provide sample for quality test? Yes, we provide OEM service and customized product. We can provide sample for quality test before order confirmation, and will charge sample cost. But the cost can be refund after order confirmed when your quantity is more than our MOQ.
