BTA type of heatless desiccant compressed air dryer is new product, it has many excellent performances, adopt England technology, promise service life over 10 years. It composed of several high strength aluminum cavities, each cavity has two spaces, and filled with desiccant, adsorb wet compressed air through it. When one cavity is drying, the corresponding cavity is regenerating (PSA). About 3%-5% compressed dry air expand to standard atmospheric pressure and reactive desiccant, take the water away.

 

Features:

• small size: about one third size of traditional desiccant compressed air dryer, easy install.
• shell: use magnalium material with oxidation treatment, ensure not rusting over 10 years.
• energy save: can save over 15% energy, compared to traditional type.
• desiccant bed: use blizzard filling, desiccant bed more balance than traditional type.
• module design: shell don’t need pressure test, less maintenance charge.
