Equipment Features

 

1.High efficiency: This device is our latest ultracompact ultrasonic dynamic heat reflux extraction and 

concentration unit.On the basis of the original dynamic heat reflux extraction unit, this device optimizes

ultrasonic generator and solvent recovery equipment into one equipment to make the ultrasonic dynamic

extraction, extraction, filtration, solvent recovery, oil condensation and other production processes finished

in one step.It has greatlysaved raw materials and working hours, work efficiency is improved by 60% to 80% 

higher than the general extraction equipment.

 

2.High conversion rate: This device use the unique physical effects and cavitation function of ultrasound,

can make the plant cell tissue broken or deformed.Vibrations between the solute particle, acceleration shock,

and strengthening of sound pressure shear make the material form a local point of extreme high temperature 

and pressure and promote the effective component of Chinese medicine precipitation.Compared with the 

traditional process,the extraction rate increases up to 45%.

 

3.Ultrasonic extraction is extracted at normal temperature, effectively reduces the loss of heat -sensitive 

components. Meanwhile the ultrasonic extraction and concentration units use the titanium shaped ultrasonic 

generator, air mixing (or mechanical agitation) so that a large volume of Chinese herbal medicines can be
