General description

 

1. This machine is suitable for three-side sealing , medium-sealing, fork sealing bag ,standing bag as well as embossing button etc .to produce.


2. Material Loading hem rack discharge material by double-photoelectric tracking, DC decelerating oven, transmission sensor, its main character is making discharging more stable.


3. Master delivery system: it adopts Japan Panasonic vector frequency to control decelerating motor.


4. out device of machinery transmission system and outside transmission, featuring easy to repair; fixing the pressure by increasing it; much steadier in working.


5. It adopts pneumatic tension, which is convenience of adjusting.


6. NO.10 temp-controller adopts industrial central computerized control, error ± 1^oC


7. Traction adopts pressure pattern with widthwise single control. It features in material charging wouldn’t run out of track to steady material loading.


8. Cutting blade adopts pneumatic scissoring ,which is easy to fix and adjust
