Usage:

There're two feeding ways: 1. roll to roll 2.pile to roll , for your choice.

Characteristics:

1.Photoelectric hydraulic edge-alignment system made in Taiwan is adopted in this PL-B Fabric Inspection and Winding Machine,weighing device&cutting function 

2. Equipped with expanding rollers to eliminate curled edge and avoid crease on fabrics.

3. Length counter could make accurate measurement of length in yards or in meters which can be interchanged.

 

4.Winding roller and feeding roller are driven by gear motor made in Taiwan.

5.Fabric tension is adjusted by inverters.

 

6.Inspection board is made of milky color acrylic.

7.Imported special foamed roller could roll up weft knitted plush and short floss without sliding movement and untidy edge.

8.Fabric rollers are neither too tight nor too loose.

9.Stability in start, forward and reversible running and stepless speed change. 

10.Cutting device is optional on this  Fabric Roll Checking Machine for knitting and woven fabrics.
