 Diamond Dedicated Grinder is specially designed, based on Jet Mill Classifier, according to the physical properties and processing requirements of diamonds: to reduce over-ground powder and improve the rate of finished products.   

Features

 

Diamond Dedicated Grinder adopts the most suitable flow field calculated by our Hydromechanics Numerical Similitude Software. It makes a breakthrough in particle acceleration technology and a great improvement of grinding efficiency, saving energy and reducing over-ground fineness;

 

1. Inter-particle attrition of materials resulting in little wear and no iron contamination, free of high-cost and cleaning; 

2. With total dry processing, better particle size distribution of diamond powder is obtained when one-time processing is finished;

3. Our original External End Face Sealing Technology (patent for invention) obtains greater fineness and avoids oversized particles; 

4. Capacity of shaping particles;

5. Multi-use of one machine due to its alterable and compact structure and also can be used  as classifier alone; 

6. Decreased wear and long service life due to sound flow filed design 

7. Fully enclosed way of feeding reduces the loss of materials;

8. Omniseal negative pressure operation, without dust pollution;

9. Easy handling and low noise emission (≤70dBA).
