Packaging

Bulk Packaging: By default, we pack microfiber cloths/towels in bulk with plastic bags: 50 pcs per bag for small sizes (12"x12" or smaller), 20 pcs for medium sizes (e.g., 16"x16"), 10 pcs for large sizes (e.g., 24"x36"), and 5 pcs for extra large sizes (e.g., 31"x63").
Box Packaging: We use 12"x6"x5.25" (or 12"x5.25"x6") boxes for packing 12"x12" (or 10"x12") cloths, and 16"x8"x6" boxes for 16"x16" cloths and large size towels. Box packaging is a great option for resellers who want to impress customers with logo/text prints and luxury packaging. Those boxes can be used as dispensers from which cloths could be pulled out one by one. They also make the packaging of cloths more compact, which would reduce the costs of shipping to customers. Additional charges would be applied to custom packaging with boxes.
Shipping Cases: Our standard shipping case is 24.5"x16.5"x12.5". We use this standard size to configure the packagings of various microfiber cloths/towels and other microfiber products to minimize the costs of shipping. This case is designed to take twelve 12"x6"x5.25" (or 12"x5.25"x6") boxes and six 16"x8"x6" boxes.

Shipping
Air Shipping: We ship by air all small orders below 50 kgs in total (dimensional/actual) weights. For sample orders, we typically charge $30-$50 to cover the costs of sample production, shipping and handling.

LCL Shipping: LCL stands for Less than Container Load. Most of the orders from our customers are below 50 cases. Our customers with LCL orders would have to share with other shoppers a container that is shipped to the nearest port to them. Our forwarding partners charge LCL shipping by weights at flat rates that are at least 50% lower than air shipping rates in most cases.

FCL Shipping: FCL stands for Full Container Load. For those customers who have got very high demands for microfiber products, placing full container orders of mixture of various products is the only way to minimize the unit costs of the ordered products. Our forwarding partners can arrange the containers to be delivered to customers' warehouses.

Delivery Time: Orders can be delivered approximately in one week by air or 4 weeks by sea. The actually delivery time varies with countries/destinations.

Door to Door Delivery: We work closely with our forwarding partners who can offer freight forwarding services of door to door deliveries.

Imprinting: Design patterns would add great values to the microfiber products you are ordering from us. We have specialized print production line for printing on various microfiber fabric products (e.g., beach towels) at factory costs.

Customization: Do not be shy to ask what customization we can offer. We would be happy to take custom orders to meet your customization requirements.

Private Labeling: We offer various labeling options such as tags being stitched to edges, color inserts in plastic packaging bags, prints on pouches or packaging boxes, etc.

We offer free samples of most of our products, in addition to free and professional consultations. To be fair, we would ask customers to pay $30-$50 as shipping & handling fees that are refundable when orders are placed.
