Buyer accepts seller-working procedure and issues ICPO addressed to the seller refinery
Seller issues commercial invoice (CI), buyer signs and returns back commercial invoice.
Seller provides buyer with the below listed PPOP.
Tank storage Reservoir Receipt (TSRR)
Pipeline energy transfer analytical report (IR)
Product Passport Quality and Quantity Analytical Report
Authority to sell and collect (ATSC) from Ministry of Energy
Authority to verify (ATV)
Unconditional Dip Test Authorization Letter The buyer verifies the fuel after obtaining Clearance code and Access permit to enable their inspection team Get Access to conduct Their Dip Test.
Buyer confirm SGS and release payment of the product by MT 103 Seller changes the title of ownership, and inject product into his leased Tank or take over Seller tank.
Seller pay commissions to all intermediaries involved as per NCNDC/IMFPA signed between Seller and Beneficiary Paymaster.
APPROVED PROCEDURE 2
Buyer accepts seller working procedure and issue ICPO addressed to the End seller via Seller's representative.
Seller issues commercial invoice (CI) and Buyer signs and returns back commercial invoice along with Buyer’s Tank storage agreement (TSA).
Seller provide buyer with the below listed PPOP.
Product Passport (product analysis report)
Authorization to verify(ATV) via email or call
Commitment Letter to Supplier
Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC)
Buyer extend the sellers tanks
Seller provides buyer with Fresh SGS report Less than 24hours, Injection Report, unconditional DTA
(NCNDA/IMFPA) will be signed, buyer within 24 hours after successful dip test in seller tanks provide tank storage receipt (TSR) seller proceed for Tank to Tank injection and provide buyer with the injection report of the product into buyer tanks.
Buyer makes payment for total cost of product injected into buyer tanks via MT103, Seller transfer
title ownership to buyer with all exportation documents required of buyer for the transaction.
Upon conclusion of first lift transaction, seller pays all intermediaries involved in the Transaction and proceeds with the signing of contract with Buyer.
