1). Can I request samples prior to ordering? A: If it is a product that’s not from our brand, we will charge a refundable sampling fee.
2). Can I design my own flavor or design? How would I know if they are as good as I planned? A: ODM and private label is our greatest strength. Thus, we encourage our partners to come up with their own ideas about tasting. For private labeling product, we request USD$200 dollars of refundable sampling fees. Various taste and ingredients can be added for trials. Fund will be refunded once the bulk order is complete.
3). How would I know which ingredient to use for my own customization? A: When our sales contact you, let them know what the expected functions of your ideal products are. Our nutritionist team would then make recommendation based on your budget and request.
