Over 70 years of metal working techniques in our city "Tsubame-sanjo" is used for ENZO deep frying pan.



"Light weight and easy to handle"  which It's designed as the pan for everyone to use casually.


Heat power is a key for stir-fry and iron is a good material for it. However the most drawback is heaviness. ENZO deep fry pan is made through many different processes and found out this design. This pan comes with a thin silicone coating. It's ready to use after a quick wash with soap.


 


Features
1. Handle is designed to grasp easily and comfortable for everyone. It is made of natural wood (fagaceae) and stainless steel.


2. Used a high grade iron sheet, 1.2mm thickness.It’s available for all heat sources.


3. On the surface of hammered pattern to strengthen this pan more and more to achieve "lightness and strength".
