Uses

1. Mainly used as a moisture retention agent, stabilizer, acidity regulator, etc., can improve the structure and taste of food. 

2. Used as water softener and detergent in chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, power generation and other industries, as a water softener in paper dyeing, and as a pH buffer for the production of adhesives for waxed paper.

3. Dental cleaner and bottle cleaner.

4. Rubber latex coagulant.

5. Phosphate plays a role in quality improvement in food processing. 

6. Used as detergent for food bottles and cans.
