2. Negotiation of purchase quantity, price and delivery option (customization available).

3. Final quotation. You will receive a quotation detailing the purchase price, estimated production time and delivery conditions.

4. Order payment. At the moment, our company cannot process payments through Alibaba’s Trade Assurance Order system, just PayPal or bank transfer options are available.

CERTIFICATIONS 

We manufacture our products in GMP and ISO 9001 certified facilities. Additionally, our dietary products are JAS certified.

The JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) are standards for the agriculture industry maintained by the Japanese Government. They are comparable to Japanese Industrial Standards but for food and agricultural products. Once a product has passed tests conducted by government-backed rating bureaus the JAS seal (right) is appended to the product.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY

Every order is carefully inspected and packed before delivery.

Our standard delivery method for small orders and samples is EMS Japan Post that includes insurance and tracking number. On request, we also can arrange delivery by other companies such as Sagawa, Yamato, FedEx or DHL. Please, contact us for a personalized quotation.

For large volume orders, we can work with your preferred forwarding company.
