In 2002, my father became a vegetarian due to health issue and this has also affected our view on the whole nuts processing method that we have been using. We wanted to create a product that is more healthy, after numerous trial and error, the long time low temperature methods is the solution we came up with.Low temperature and extended baking time allow us to keep the flavor and colors of the nuts and lowering the loss of nutrients from high temperatures.

In 2009, with the support from the Dayeh University Biotechnology R&D Center. We developed the "Dual-probiotics product line" which we added Bacillus natto and Bacillus coagulans to the nuts.To focus on the promotion of healthier products, we decided promote the concept of "health, vitality and natural" through our flagship store on January 1st, 2011.
