The Gaudenziana water comes from the high valley of Bognanco, at 1200 meters above sea level. The spring is the most recently discovered and its waters have been bottled since the second half of the ’70 of the last century.

HISTORY
⇒ It is said that the discoverer of the mineral waters of the Val Bognanco, in 1863, drinking from a source (named San Lorenzo), exchanged the water for brandy so much was her tingling. Don Tichelli, the local chaplain, after having analyzed the water and discovered its therapeutic properties, bought the field and the source, starting the exploitation of the source and the marketing of the water under the name of "Acqua Gazosa di Bognanco".
