Methods for usage
Method: Water-based screen printing
method 1:
Add the reflective powder directly to the water-based reflective paste, add appropriate additives to enhance its fastness, and screen print after uniform adjustment

method 2:
The reflective powder is directly added to the water-based transparent ink, and 2% of the water-based special effect catalyst is added, and the screen printing can be performed after uniform adjustment.
(Note that this method works better)

method 3:
Directly add the reflective powder to the transparent paste, add appropriate additives to enhance its fastness, and screen print after uniform adjustment


Method: Oil-based screen printing
method 1:
Add the reflective powder directly to the varnish, add appropriate additives to enhance its fastness, and screen print after uniform adjustment (Note that this method is better)

method 2:
Adding reflective powder directly to the ink to make reflective ink, silk screen or brush coating on fabric or other objects

method 3:
First apply printing paste on the bottom layer, then apply reflective paste on the surface of the object, and finally dry and solidify



The preparation of reflective paste:
After weighing the reflective powder, first adjust it to a paste with a solvent (cyclohexanone) according to the amount, and then add it to the transparent printing paste, adjust it and use it evenly. When printing, the thickness of the printed adhesive layer should be thin, 30 microns to 50 microns is the most suitable, to ensure that the reflective powder can be half exposed on the surface to produce a reflective effect. In addition, according to different pathways, particle sizes of varying thickness are used to achieve different reflective effects. The addition amount is added according to the required reflective brightness.
