The preparation of reflective paste:
After weighing the reflective powder, first adjust it to a paste with a solvent (cyclohexanone) according to the amount, and then add it to the transparent printing paste, adjust it and use it evenly. When printing, the thickness of the printed adhesive layer should be thin, 30 microns to 50 microns is the most suitable, to ensure that the reflective powder can be half exposed on the surface to produce a reflective effect. In addition, according to different pathways, particle sizes of varying thickness are used to achieve different reflective effects. The addition amount is added according to the required reflective brightness.
