About SPC Flooring
SPC, which stands for Stone Plastic Composite, features a core that comprises mostly of calcium carbonate (limestone), in addition to polyvinyl chloride and plasticizers. SPC is the newest product in the flooring market. SPC floor overcomes disadvantages and replaces traditional products such as plastic flooring, LVT flooring, natural wood flooring, Industrial wood, among others. Some benefits include being 100% waterproof, having eye-catching patterns, and easy installation.
SPC Structure
1. UV COATING: Scratch resistant, UV Ray resistance to prevent color fading.
2. WEAR LAYER: Protects the surface from wear and tear; creates surface texture of wood or stone.
3. DECOR FILM LAYER: HD graphic printed on the film provides look and color of wood, stone, or carpet.
4. SPC CORE: Limestone powder and PVC composite. Durable, waterproof, and fire retardant.
5. BACK PADDING: EVA or IXPE padding cushions your feet and improves sound insulation.

RCF is a joint venture between Royal Group – a company with 25 years of experience as a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tiles and artificial quartz stone, and Pha Le Plastic (PLP) - a publicly traded company with 10 years of experience in the calcium carbonate (CaCO3) mining industry, manufacturing of stone powder and plastics extrusion technology.

- Owning the supply of calcium carbonate powder mined from the quarries of Pha Le Plastic in Nghe An Province, Vietnam.
- Employing top professors, scientists, and researchers in plastic and calcium carbonate applications for R&D

With CaCO3 stone powder and PVC being the main ingredients in SPC floor, RCF has an absolute advantage in actively controlling the quality of raw materials and the mixing formula of the core layer. Furthermore, RCF’s SPC flooring has been granted quality and environment-friendly certifications such as FloorScore, Green Guard Gold and CE. We utilize a click locking system technology licensed directly from Unilin (Belgium), the owner and supplier of locking technologies that are patented and protected around the globe.
Our factory in Nhon Trach Industrial Park, Dong Nai province covers an area of 25,000 square meters, has 10 modern production lines, and a capacity to produce 10 million square meters of SPC floor per year. In addition, our second factory in Hai Phong with a capacity of 25 million square meters per year is under construction and will be completed in the second quarter of 2021. This production system is all a part of our long-term vision of becoming a successful leader in the global supply chain for stone plastic composite building materials.
