The 1st generation Barbera blend, with specific roasting, carried out slowly with the traditional method, and grinding for dolce gusto compatible capsules, allows to obtain a particularly intense and full-bodied espresso, with slight acidity. The taste in the cup is well balanced in its main characteristics: sweet with notes of cereals, almonds and chocolate. The cream is abundant and consistent; the persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
