Description

Shaft vacuum resistance furnaces with heating blocks made of refractory metals

Shaft vacuum electric furnaces are environmentally friendly equipment and are designed for various thermal processes (brazing, annealing, degassing, sintering, etc.) in vacuum at temperatures up to 2500 ° C. It is allowed to work in an environment of high-purity neutral gases at an excess pressure of no more than 0.02 MPa (0.2 kgf / cm2). These vacuum furnaces can be used in electronic, aviation and other industries.

The electric furnaces have a water-cooled body made of stainless steel. The materials used in the "hot" zone are molybdenum and tungsten.

Elements of electric furnaces provide a low level of gas separation, low thermal inertia. Temperature control can be carried out both using a microprocessor temperature controller, and in manual mode.

In mine vacuum electric furnaces with heating blocks made of refractory metals, it is not recommended:

a) carry out technological processes in carbon-containing and oxidizing atmospheres;

b) heat carbon-graphite products and other materials actively interacting with the materials of the heating chamber construction.
