    This is an SEM image of our OEM metal component surface. There are micropillars with the reverse taper structure.

    μ-MIM® technology will realise this type of surface modification in serial production, deploying difficult-to-process materials, such as stainless steel, titanium, soft magnetic materials, etc.






    This surface modification is effective to increase the surface area and adhesive strength of coating materials, thus it can eliminate the organic adhesive material usage.

    For example, plastic material was over moulded successfully on these components and it satisfies the adhesive strength requirement without using any additional glue.






    The smallest diameter of this micropillar is 0.2 mm.
Since we deploy optimised feedstock for this micropillar serial production, it satisfies the tolerance requirement, smooth surface finishing and high density (>98.5 %) in the as-sintered part.

Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established in January 1972 as a plastic injection moulding manufacturer. Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. has obtained ISO13485 in May 2019. TAISEI KOGYO (THAILAND) CO., LTD. was established in August 2011 and started its operation in 2012. We maintain the same production standard as Japanese factory.
