After pickling, phosphating, our seamless pipe can do deep work such as cold drawn, or cold rolled.

This process can change the size of OD, ID, WT and the mechanical property of the carbon tube.

Utilize an abrasive stone,which turns while being moved in and out of the work piece.

The honing process makes :
1)Smooth surface finishes inside bores

B:  ID Skiving and roller burnishing

Two thin chips are cut at high feed rate while the tool passes through the workpiece,

In 2012, Xinpeng have equipped the CNC Skive and roller burnished machine set (6000mm)
