Automatic Pasteurizer UHT Sterilizer (Ultra High Temperature Treated)
The blended material, prior to be filled, needs to be sterilized with the most common process, thermal sterilization. According to different product characteristics, the subsequent matching of the filling process and the shelf life, ultra-high temperature treated (UHT) can be selected, usually heating to 130 °C for more than a few seconds.
Heat exchanger may be in the form of a plate, a tube, a bellows, or the like. For products with pulp particles or high viscosity, tubular exchangers must be used to prevent clogging. At the same time, the tubular heat exchanger also has a more powerful pressure bearing capacity.
For cloudy beverage or milk based juice, we recommend tubular UHT; for a clear juice, plate UHT can be used.
Application:
UHT Sterilizer Machine is used for pasteurism, ultra-pasteurism and ultra-high temperature sterilization of liquid.
1-- Mainly used for aseptic filling packing types products, such as tetra paper brick, tetra paper pillow, aseptic soft plastic bag, aseptic PET bottles, especially used for liquid milk and juice.
2-- It can be used to do continuous sterilizing and be connected to homogenizer and water removing equipment.

Process:
Material--→balance tank45~55°C→heating95°C→overheating120°C (120 insulation 15s)→cooling95°C→55~65°C (outlet temperature can be adjusted according to process requirements) →Filling (or reflux)
UHT Sterilizer Advantages:
