A: Yes, If you accept our stock sample, it is for free, but we do not pay the cost of freight. If you need the sample with your own logo, the sample charge depend on how many color of your logo. Sample time about 4 days.

Q: How long is your sample time and delivery time?

A: Sample time need about 4 days. Mass production time according to quantity. Generally it is 17  days after you confirmed the sample and we get your deposit.

Q: Can you refund the sample charge when I place the order?

A: We can refund the sample charge when your order more than 500 units


Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% T/T in advance , remaining balance before shipment.

A: Step 1, tell me your detail requirement, like product name, size, quantity, logo.
Step 2, when we get your logo, we will give you a quote, also we will make the artwork for you if needed.
Step 3, After you confirm the price and artwork,we will make the invoice, you need to pay the sample charge or deposit before production.
Step 4, After we get your payment, we will start to make the sample or per-production sample, we will show you pictures when the sample done. And we will send the sample to you.
Step 5. After you confirm the sample, we will start the mass production. We will show you more pictures when we finished your order.
Step 6, You need to arrange the balance payment, After we get your balance payment, we will ship your goods and tell you the tracking number or give you the original B/L.
