Tungsten Carbide Point Drill and of "TiALN Coating" (KPD-90/KPDA-90)
This pointed drill bit (KPD-90/KPDA-90) uses a 2-step tip shape.
It is centered with a point angle of 140°, and uses a 90° 2nd step shape for chamfering.
Using this 2-step shape improves the accuracy of hole positioning, as well as the efficiency of machining and the suppression of burrs.
There are also a carbide type and a TiALN coated carbide type available, so that you can choose the right tool for the material to be cut.
