Antico Casolare is a traditional Piedmontese brand of artisan coffee roasting for over 30 years.
Livio, the creator of Antico Casolare, owes his mastery in the art of roasting to the techniques handed down in the family since the early 1900s and deriving from the great masters of roasting in Turin, where they were employed by the Lavazza family.
