Mechanized electroplating line

Mechanized electroplating lines are designed for small batch production with large amounts of issue and medium volume manufacturing. Unlike manually operated lines transporting the parts in a mechanized lines is carried out by an operator or a hoist. The operator or hoist controlled by an employee by help of the remote control.

Electroplating lines are suitable for Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Copper, Gold, Silver, Brass, Oxidation, Phosphate, Anodizing plating and some other processes. Small parts are treated in barrels and parts with bigger size are treated on racks. To achieve the required parameters of pretreated pieces and coating application, galvanizing lines can be equipped with various auxiliary equipment: tank agitation systems, heaters, heating and cooling control systems, batching systems, cathode rod agitators, solution surface oil skimmers, local ventilation systems, rectifiers, filtering systems, pumps, solution chillers, etc.
