Our Professional QC Procedures
1. Raw material
Each coil has a birth label to show the thickness, original mill’s name and grade of material. The thickness of each coil is checked by the micrometer.
2. Mirror polishing
The QC checks the surface brightness and rejects the sheets with excessive grinding scratches
3. Brushed polishing
The direction and matte grid of grains on the sheets must be same as the confirmed samples.
4. PVD Color Coating
Our QCs work on shift during the production. All workers are required to carefully move the sheets up and down the PVD machine to avoid folding marks caused by random moving.
5. Double QC
Sampling inspection of each pallet will be done before packaging.

Our Packaging
1. Each sheet is covered with single layer or double layers of 7C protective film and either PVC or laser film can be chosen at different cost.
2. Around 100 to 150pcs of sheets are packed by one wooden pallet or case.
3. A large piece of waterproof paper is put at the bottom of each wooden case, which is used to wrap the stainless steel sheets.
4. One piece of cardboard is put on the top of waterproof paper and the top of first sheet each to protect the sheets well.
5. The four sides of the wooden case are protected by aluminum L grooves.
