To celebrate the first 100 years of its history, Callipo launched, in 2013, tuna fillets in this exclusive package. To produce these tuna fillets in oil, for over 100 years Callipo has been choosing tuna of the highest quality and working it completely in Italy (in the Maierato plant) in all its phases, following a centuries-old tradition.
After cooking the steamed tuna, the best fillets are chosen one by one that are still invasted by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.It follows a long seasoning of 12 months that guarantees that intense and inimitable flavor and an unmistakable aroma.
