The single-side fastening method of the POP NutⓇ makes quick installation possible.Compared to the weld nut method,the burring and tapping method,the bolt and nut method,and other conventional methods,the single-side fastening method of the POP NutⓇ contributes to cost reduction by enabling fast,easy assembly,even for beginners.The POP NutⓇRoulette has knurling on its outer peripheral surface.This knurling digs into the prepared hole of the workpiece when fastened to produce stable,high strength.The POP Evo Nut™ is a reduced-weight POP NutⓇ for bicycle panels that was created by reducing the weight of the POP NutⓇRoulette and improving shear strength by hardening the body.The POP NutⓇ is RoHS compliant.Since it can still be installed after surface treatment without scratching the workpiece,it can be installed during the final step of product assembly.It is also excellent for automating the assembly line.In order to ensure proper fastening,please select the POP NutⓇ according to the strength,functionality,corrosion resistance,and other specifications required after checking the materials, board thickness,prepared hole diameter,and other conditions of the workpiece.
