Egg yolk powder is used as an ingredient in sauces, mayonnaise, pasta, bakery and confectionery products, ice cream and other products that require egg yolk. The advantages of this product are its taste, color, structure and emulsion properties. In addition, compared to liquid products, the powder is more convenient for storage and transportation.
100% natural, pasteurized, spray dried liquid egg yolk powder. 100 g of powder dissolved in 125 g of water is equal to about 225 g of liquid egg yolk.

At relative humidity not more than 75% and temperature not higher than 20°C. Transportation: 40 foot container (1176 boxes). Loading place: port Odessa, Ukraine.
