Recommended dosage for making biscuits:
A mixture of muffin concentrate-150g., sugar — 240g., wheat flour / s-210g., water-180g., vegetable oil deodorized 180g., egg mass-180g.
Cooking technology:
All the ingredients are combined in the bowl of a mixer, mixed at a slow speed for 5 minutes, distributed into molds and baked at 180C-20-30 minutes, depending on the weight of the product. In the dough before baking, you can add any fillers : raisins, candied fruits, nuts. You can add a thermostable filling to the products before baking.
