Made according to time-honored production methods, the fermenting mash of soy beans and wheat malt is aged for more than 2 years to create a rich flavorful soy sauce that makes the ultimate condiment. Recommended as a condiment for all kinds of dishes, including sashimi, tofu, and pickled foods. For simmered foods, adding a small amount mixed with regular soy sauce can give it a glossy look.

Select natural materials nurtured in the rich natural environment facing the Seto Inland Sea, and traditional crafting techniques passed down from generation to generation – we have drawn on these two cornerstones to produce a variety of seasonings and foods, including soy sauce. We will continue our pursuit of one-of-a-kind flavors that are somehow simple and mild, yet deep.
