this is how our tradition of goodness was born → Corte Marchigiana is a cooperative of breeders specialized in pork meat. The animals are bred exclusively in Italy and in part in the region Marche, on farms, with the use of selected feed with particular attention to their welfare and their growth. All the processing, according to tradition but with the application of modern packaging technologies, is subjected to a strict control regime and production quality.
The triumph of flavors; the excellence of the region Marche → The hilly climate, the healthy air of this region and the richness of ancient Norse traditions ensure that the products Corte Marchigiana give flavors of unusual delicacy and recall the fascinating atmosphere of the tables in the countryside.
Goodness and beauty are therefore the rare qualities that we mostly research in our delicious journey in this paradise of the palate. Corte Marchigiana presents all the traditional local norcineria prepared with the knowledge of “salumi” (cold cuts) producers of the different areas of production: a basket full of treasures with a great variety of flavors. The pig is the only animal that returns everything he received during his existence. It was sung, exalted by poets and writers such as Lucretius in "De rerum natura", Apicius in "De coquinaria", Petronius in his "Satyricon". The Corte Marchigiana interprets at the highest level the poetic and gastronomic language, by using the symbol itself of the gluttonous kitchen, greedy and at the same time healthy, which "gives joy also to a sad soul", giving optimism and love of life.
