Only Italian organic ingredients from Integral Farming, processed and packaged by hand. No preservatives, colourings or flavourings.

A refined combination of sliced zucchini and parsley…with a soft touch of flowers, to reinvent risotto, pasta, cereals, omelettes and other quick preparations.
Exclusive, selected and high-quality ingredients only: our vegetables, from Integral Agriculture, and our flower mixes are processed by hand, using an innovative low-temperature dehydration method.
Each stage of production is designed to preserve flavours, aromas, colours and nutritional properties of the raw ingredient.

How it is made?

This mixed condiment is a ready-to-use solution to get the best out every recipe: from risotto to pasta dishes, from omelettes to garnished veggie sides.
The vegetables are dried at low temperature, to preserve freshness, rich taste and nutrients, as just picked up from the field. The edible flowers add that elegant gourmet touch to dishes.
The dehydration process guarantees a long shelf-life to PRIMORICCO ingredients.
SUGGESTIONS for USE
Re-hydrate the content of package in a little warm water a few minutes before using, or add during risotto cooking. Vegetables and flowers will retrieve their original taste, colour and freshness at every use.

OUR COMPANY
Greens are grown in our Farm SAN PIO X Az. Agr. dal 1708, according to the principles of INTEGRAL FARMING: a sustainable and circular system. Sun is the energy for production, while soil nourishes plants (without pesticides or chemicals), that grow up rich in taste, nutrients and antioxidants. This system is sustainable and circular: vegetables are harvested in full ripening, in the proper season, and earth receives back what we take.
Raw materials are processed by hand, with an exclusive DEHYDRATION METHOD, improved in a long years’ experience. Vegetables are drained out the water, in order to concentrate their nutrients and avoid degradation of the product, keeping it “always fresh” as just picked up from the field. Then, different ingredients are combined into flavourful recipes, developed in collaboration with Gregori Nalon, Italian Chef & Cooking Strategist.
