Sila Gum is an Italian producer of fruit jellies and organic liquorice sweets, with over 30 years of experience.
The factory and our team are located in Calabria in the south of Italy, by the sea, and behind us are the Sila mountains, hence our name.
Our sweets are distributed through the major supermarket chains in Italy and also exported worldwide. We are certified BRC, IFS, organic and vegan. Our attention to the environment has led us to recently invest in renewable solar energy, which allows us to produce approximately 60% of our energy needs.

The fruit jellies under the Le Preziose brand are packed in beautiful gift boxes are suitable for all occasions. The sweets are made with carefully selected natural colours, natural flavours and more importantly fruit juices from locally sourced oranges, lemons and bergamot. The careful attention to detail give our sweets a very special and unique taste.
All our liquorice sweets are made with PDO liquorice from Calabria, which is grown in up in the mountains not far from us, is renowned internationally for its quality. With the same liquorice we also make organic liquorice sweets.
