 All ITD products come standard with a 2-year comprehensive warranty. Additionally, our extended warranty service, offered up to 3 years, provide extra peace of mind that any problem will be solved quickly and effectively. ITD also offers tailored service contracts to meet our partners’ specific needs.

- DOA Service (Dead On Arrival): 
To run DOA within 1 month after shipment. Goods are guaranteed to exchange when it is returned. 
New product operation would be completed within 5-20 working days. Round trip shipping costs are paid by ITD. The following failures are allowed to be serviced by DOA: 
A: The image cannot display normally.
B: It cannot be powered on.
C: The internal functions of monitors are out of work.

- RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization): 
To run RMA within 24 months after shipment (TFT LCD panels come with 12months' warranty). Maintenance time lasts from 5 to 20 working days according to the difficulty and specific situation. Returning shipping cost after maintenance is paid by ITD.
