ALEATAN STRUCTURE is a blend of proanthocyanin tannins in powder, extracted from Quebracho Schinopsis lorentzii. Its specific production’s process exalts the antioxidant characteristics, giving it great smoothness and also guarantying the absence of bitter notes, also in high doses. ALEATAN STRUCTURE is recommended for the stabilization of the color and to prevent oxidations during finishing processes. In particularly tannic wines with vegetal notes it enforces the structure, giving smoothness and roundness in mouth, removing vegetal notes potentially present. It’s particularly recommended for that wines that did not reach a good phenolic maturation. Available in packs of 1 and 10 kg.
