1. What is your payment term? In generally, we quote EXW or FOB. We accept payment by T/T, West Union, PayPal, Visa, Credit Card. Prefer TT 30% deposit before productions and 70% balance before delivery.
2. Do you provide OEM or ODM service? Yes we can do OEM with your own logo design printed on the product or carton. We also provide ODM service if needed.
3. Do your products accept customization? Yes, we do.
4. Where is your company? We are located in Hunan province. Room 518 of Clearance Service Center, Yungang Road, China Pilot Free Trade Zone, Yueyang City, Hunan Province.
5. What is the normal lead time? Most of the items can be shipped with 30-45 days.
6. What is the lead time for sample? Within 5-7 days for stock sample, 15-30 days for OEM designs and shapes.
7. Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it? Yes, sample is available. The customer needs to pay for the sample and the shipping fee. We will refund it after the order has been placed.
