Currently the price doesn’t include special packaging, freight nor import tariff. please contact with us to check more details for freight and packaging.
2.What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 500—3000PCS for different models, while there is no MOQ requirement for “ready to ship” models.
3.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, T/T, L/C and Alibaba insurance.For bulk order, we prefer 30% payment by T/T in advance, and the balance will be paid before delivery.
4.What is your Lead time?
For sample order, the lead time is within 1-3 working days, and it is within 10-20 working days for bulk order.
5.How can I get the sample?
We are glad to provide free sample, our clients just need pay the freight. The sample will always been sent by DHL/Fedex/UPS/EMS/TNT
6.What is your warranty policy and What certifications do you have?
The warranty period of our product is 1 year, and our products have or could pass the certifications of Rohs, CE, FCC, ISO9001, UL and so on.
