2. Advantages :
2-1. The air inlet mode of “upper inlet + air-dust separation” structure.
(1) 100% of the huge energy obtained by the dust speeding through pipeline is converted and used for pre dust collection and uniform load distribution.
(2) High pre dust collection efficiency, ranging from 50-70%. Coarse, medium, small and part of the fine particles is pre collected, and only part of the fine, micro-fine, and ultra-fine particles is collected by filter fiber.
(3) High uniform load distribution efficiency, ≥98%.
(4) The average service life of the filter cartridge has been doubled, and even more than or equal to triple the original lifespan.
2-2. Fixed mode of filter cartridge
(1) The 10°-20° horizontal upward inclination of the filter cartridges does not cause blockage to any of the filter cartridges (there is no coarse, medium, small or part of the fine particles ).
(2) The filter cartridges are tightly stacked vertically, which cause a ≥10% decrease in the overall area utilization rate ( The dust blown by the upper filter cartridge partially falls on the the lower filter cartridge inevitably ).
(3) Combining the above two issues, the unusable area of the filter cartridge is ≥10%, and the overall use efficiency is ≤90%.
