Mould
PVC foam board mould
1. With cloth rack type die head 2. Mould lip width: 1350mm. Suitable for product thickness: 5-20mm (or according to customer requirement) 3. Mould lip heating method: by oil, with one control zone. 4. The mould die head is heated by electrical heating sticks, with 7 temperature zones 5. Side plates: 2 zones; Adapter: 1 zone. Totally 10 temperature control zones.
Mould temperature controller
1. Media: high temperature conducting oil
2. Heating range: normal temperature to160 degree
3. Heating power: 6KW, cooling area 1.7m2
1. Calibration table includes 4 groups of calibration moulds. It is used to cool down the foamed board.
2. Calibration mould specification: 1550*500mm, 4 groups. Mould basic material hardness ≥HRC55, with polishing treatment, surface roughness Ra≤0.25um. Surface is treated by special abrasion-resistant coating.
3. Product thickness is adjusting by screw. Upper calibration mould's up and down is realized by hydraulic control system. The 4 groups can be controlled separately. Each group's position and height can be separately controlling. Forward and backward moving by motor driving, power is 1.5KW, moving stroke 1 meter.
Cooling supporting frame
1. Cooling supporting frame: 8m long; Roller distance: 600mm.
2. Roller surface is polished. Roller use aluminum roller, specification 70×1460mm.
3. With protection film lamination device at both sides.
8-groups of roller type haul-off unit
1. The haul-off unit has 8-groups of rubber rollers
2. Rubber roller specification: D250*1500mm.
3. The rollers are driven by precise gears. The gears are made from high quality alloy steel, hardened, with steady driving.
4. The pressing method is pneumatic pressing. They pneumatic cylinder is D125*100mm.
5. Driving power: 5.5kw*2 units.
6. Haul-off speed: 0.3-3m/min.
7. Pneumatic components working pressure: 0.5-0.7MPa.
8. The upper roller up and down is controlled by pneumatic valve.
Longitudinal and transversal cutter (with length metering unit)
1. Suitable board thickness: 3-30mm.
2. Cutting length: automatic metering; can be set any length
3. Longitudinal cutting: 2 pcs alloy disk saw, up and down by pneumatic cylinder control, width adjustable. Installed at rear part of the haul-off machine.
4. Transversal: 1 pcs special alloy disk saw, pneumatic clamping.
