Tool magazine type MAG 20
The tool magazines type MAG could be used both as external auxiliary magazine or for direct interlocking to the machine tool.It is made up of an external structure with plexiglass panels, where one or more magazines plates are mounted. Each magazine plate has tool holder pockets handled by a patented thrusting system, without chains, and operated by a servomotor.
The magazine has very small dimensions, as it uses all available space and is configurable depending on the needs with 1,2,3 or more magazine plates.
The magazine is completed by a slide operated by a servomotor carrying an exchanger with mechanical gripper.
The gripper withdraws the tool from the magazines and transfers it directly to the machine or to an external fixed station or to a buffer magazine.
The magazine could be supplied with an autonomous control box with a push-button panel and dialogue function with CNC machine tool.
The production of these small and medium-sized magazines is projected for all types of cones ISO, HSK, Capto, BT and tool weight from 4 to 10 kg.
It is also possible to arrange, in the same magazine, tools with different cones, provided that they are the same size (eg HSK 63 and ISO 40)
